Would you like to feel centered and balanced in spite of all the changes going on around you?
One of my favorite ways to do this is through a Unity teaching called "The Twelve Powers." This teaching affirms that within each one of us, there are 12 Spiritual Powers--aspects of our divine nature. When we consciously and intentionally develop and use these powers, we can experience greater peace, harmony, and balance in our lives.
The twelve powers are:
Faith, Love, Strength, Wisdom, Power, Imagination, Understanding, Will, Order, Zeal, Renunciation, and Life.
Each month in 2025, I'll be speaking about one of these Spiritual Powers at Unity of Reading and the Sacred Gathering Service in Lemoyne. I'd love to have you join me for one of these services and discover how awakening to each power can create positive changes in your life.

Spiritual Power of Zeal
Within each one of us is the spiritual power of zeal--the inner flame, the fire of the soul--that wants to move us forward to greater awareness of who we are as spiritual beings. That power wants us to live the life we love and bring greater joy and enthusiasm to our lives. How can we activate the spiritual power of zeal so that we can be the lights we are meant to be in our world?
